Presently a one-man, one-dog show, Matt and Gord build and test each leash for strength, utility, and aesthetics before they ever get shipped. It’s kinda fun.

We live outside, on rocky outcrops and in saltwater, in deep forests and deep snow. Heavy Leash is a reflection of this environment.

Make the best product you can using the best materials you can find. We’ve gone to lengths to find the best quality components, from the cord to the d-rings and the carabiners, and we take our time putting it all together. Quiet confidence comes from taking the right steps.

Heavy Leash can be bought from stock or bespoke to suit your needs. Starting from the materials themselves, each leash is hand-stitched and tested to ensure that they meet every standard of quality we’d expect.
